We have been extremely pleased to work with the Riddles
We interviewed five agents before selecting the Riddles as our listing agents. What set them apart from the others was their aggressive marketing program (flyers distributed to the surrounding neighbourhood, open houses, extremely high quality photos, and fabulous video presentation of the house). We were selling in a buyer’s market so we knew that the marketing plan had to make us stand out. Before even seeing our house, the buyer had fallen in love with it from having viewed the video. The actual visit served only as confirmation of what they had already experienced. We also appreciated Riddle’s active involvement in promoting the house. They were always present at showings (did not use a drop box) and always kept us informed of results. The other reason we choose them was their market experience and strategic approach to positioning the sale. We were pleasantly surprised when we had a second offer given the market. At first we were concerned because they would be acting as agent for both the buyer and us, the seller (dual agency). However they explained how by acting for both they can actually facilitate better understanding of the offer(s) through direct full disclosure (no middleman) while maintaining confidentiality on price considerations (including motivation and personal information). They equipped the buyer with the necessary tools to determine price by providing a Comparable Market Analysis that enabled us to move quickly to a fair value for the house. They did exactly what they promised in our initial meeting
I recently sold my house using RE/MAX RIDDLE. I had previously listed my house with another real estate agent for six months – during that time I had no offers, little feedback on my property as well as a lock box on my door so that agents could show my property without my real estate agent being present.
I listed my house again but used Kasha and Zygmunt as my agents, they did exactly what they promised in our initial meeting – front page in The North Shore News and flyers in the neighbourhood. During the following 3 months I had two offers and a signed deal. One of them was present for every showing and they followed up with my weekly to let me know feedback from the showings.
The buyer of my property was a little bit difficult during both the negotiation and inspection phase and Kasha and Zygmunt were able to manoeuvre the situation for both parties.
I would recommend Kasha and Zygmunt to anyone who wants to sell their property.

As soon as we contacted the Riddles with an interest to put our place on the market, we were very impressed with their service. Bottom line and most important, they delivered what they promised. They sold my home in the time frame we agreed and got me the very best price.
